I’m moving out of my lovely first-floor tenement flat in Shawlands and looking for someone to take my room. Its a big double room with a bay window and get plenty of natural light during the day. The flat is on Tantallon Road, a 15 minute walk from Queens Park and Shawlands cross. There are 2 train stations (Pollockshaws East and Langside) each about a 6 minute walk from the flat.
You’ll be moving in with my flatmate who is friendly and easy-going. She has a cat who is very calm and affectionate, so looking for someone who happy to live with a cat.
