Got 2 rooms to let with a live in landlord. It is on a different floor to us and you have your own bathroom, washing machine, kitchenette and living area.

Would suit 2 friends sharing who want to be within the heart of Pollokshields (same block as Loveable Rogue, Dinis, LaTaDoh etc).

Both rooms are large doubles, lots of room to study, large screen TVs etc. One has a walk in wardrobe, the other is a bit larger. Can rent either furnished or unfurnished. Council tax band is E but all bills are included (council tax, gas/electricity, WiFi, etc)

Household has an existing cat/dog duo so you must be pet friendly as they are both super friendly! I work from home, and my dad lives with me around half the time, but we are both fairly easy going and live downstairs whilst you have the top floor. Previously had 2 lodgers who have been dream tenants - looking for this years!
