My flatmate is moving out of this lovely flat and looking for someone to move into my room. It's a beautiful room in a gorgeous, spacious flat, in the heart of Shawlands!
This second floor tenement flat is five minutes from Queens’ park, surrounded by many great cafes, and within a walking distance to several train stations. It has lovely leafy views, a spacious, bright kitchen/living room, and a shared garden. The flat is in great condition.
Rent is £550 pcm plus bills (Council Tax Band C).
The landlady is planning to move back in March 2027. However, there may be a possibility to extend the tenancy.
We are looking for a calm, mature person who doesn’t mind the odd dish left in the sink. Your flatmate will be Saoirse, a 27-year-old TV freelancer currently working in kids telly. Her interests are the gym, cycling and unwinding with wine at the pub. Shes very easygoing and looking for someone to join her in this gorgeous home.
