We have a lovely little ground floor flat in the quiet side of Shawlands within the Newlands area.
Decent sized living room, good sized kitchen.
Auldhouse retail park is just around the corner, Newlands park is across the road & main Shawlands area is about 15/20 mins away.
We have full reign over the front garden and there's a huge shared back garden tooo. There isn't a designated parking space but the main road always has space - I usually park right outside the door!

I'm Isla - the current flatmate. I'm a 3D artist & I also did an undergrad in Fine Art at GSA.
I am very sociable, I love cooking, going out, making art, going to the gym and roller skating : ))
I am looking for someone to get along with as well as sharing the space - I am keen for flat meals/ gatherings etc and would love to dedicate more time to hosting this summer.
