Room to rent in top floor flat Shawlands

I am looking for a flatmate to replace my current flatmate who is moving out on the 1st September.

Its a lovely bright top floor flat which is queit and cosy. There is a spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen, storage cupboard, and the bedroom for rent is fully furnished with an en-suite bathroom. Parking is on street and a very short walk away from queens park, lots of shops, pubs and cafes and the gym.

Rent is £600 a month (not including bills) and bills and council tax are usually around £150-£200 a month depending on usage. The wifi in the flat can be pretty slow, although I have agreed with the landlords to get fiber installed, so this will massively improve speeds.

I work am a 28 year old working professional working as an ecologist. I love nature and the outdoors, weekend adventures, cooking, baking and films. I can be away weeks for work of sometimes a few overnights, though the rest of the time I work from home. I am looking for a friendly, easy going flat mate, also a working professional similar in age (20s or 30s), preferably female but open about this. I am very fond of the flat so would be looking for someone who is tidy and respectful, and not looking to host a bunch of parties, although very happy to have people over. Would be a bonus to have someone with similar interests, though friendly and tidy is all I ask. No couples, no pets (sadly), and non-smoker.
