Room in Pollokshields

Lovely room in Pollokshields, just by Strathbungo.

The room has its own walk-in wardrobe. It can be furnished or unfurnished, depending on what you need. You would share a kitchenette and bathroom with just one other female tenant. I live on the floor below and have my own separate facilities, so the upstairs space feels quite private.

There’s also a bright shared living area upstairs, although both bedrooms are big enough to have your own sitting/study space, so you can be as sociable — or as independent — as you like.

You’ll also technically be sharing with a very friendly dog and cat, but they stay downstairs (unless you invite them up!) but it wouldn’t be suitable for anyone with pet allergies.

The area is brilliant: lots of cafes, restaurants, parks and independent places within walking distance, and Strathbungo is regularly voted one of the best places to live. Transport is easy too — 2 minutes from Pollokshields West train station, one stop to Central, and around 12 minutes’ walk to Shields Road subway.
