Heya, so we have two rooms coming available in September for our lovely flat next to Queens Park.
Currently in the flat we have myself and 2 other flatmates. We're ideally looking for someone who is relaxed and friendly. We're a pretty talkative bunch but also respect eachothers space and time as well. This is a LGBT+ household and whoever moves in would need to be respectful of that.
The price for bills is included in the rent advertised, this does include council tax as well. Wifi is extra but split between everyone it costs around £5.00 per person.
We are trying to get both rooms sorted for September ideally.
