Large double room - modern kitchen and bathroom

Hi there! My current flatmate is sadly moving out in November.

The room is very large, as it's roomy enough to have a king size bed, desk and multiple wardrobes with a large amount of floorspace left.

The kitchen is open plan with the living room, and is very modern and sleek. The bathroom has an amazing freestanding bath along with a walk in waterfall shower.

Location is amazing, just opposite Deanston Bakery and super close to so many cute little bakeries, giftshops, cafes, bars and pubs, as we're right in the heart of Shawlands. Being a 3 min walk from Queen's park is also amazing. Parking is free on the street, but it can be competitive for a space. I usually end up parking a street or two away. Food shops-wise we have Sainsbury's and Co-op as well as corner shops witihn a few minute radius, and then a large Morrisons and Lidl are more of a 15-20 min walk away.

About me: I'm 30, single, and a professional who works remotely from home, so I am around most daytimes, keeping Mona company (my cat). Most evenings I am out at one hobby or another or seeing a friend, but I do like to hang out with whoever I'm living with! Especially in the colder months it's nice to make the flat cosy and homely. Looking for someone who takes pride in having a nice home- sharing house chores for common areas. My ideal is to find someone to socialise with but also understand the need for alone time sometimes, as I am neurospicy. I do like to go out out sometimes on a Friday or Saturday, but sleep is important so I would be trying my best to not make lots of noise coming in late, and this sort of consideration is what I like in return :)

I would love to decorate the flat for Christmas together and maybe host some sort of Xmas dinner for friends- that's the sort of thing that makes a house a home imo :)

As mentioned I have a adorable little cat called Mona, so cat lovers definitely preferred! She loves attention and food and is very chatty.

Bills currently:
~£60 each for gas and electric, but that is the summer rate still
~£75 each for council tax and water
