I’m renting out one of the double rooms in my two-bedroom flat. The rent is £450 per month with all bills included.

The flat has two double bedrooms. I live in the other room, and we would share the living room, kitchen, and bathroom. I’m happy to consider short-term tenancies, as I’ll likely be moving to a different town next year.

I’m friendly, outgoing and easy-going. I sometimes work from home, and outside of work I enjoy gaming, watching movies, football, and usually going out at weekends. At home, I like to keep things relaxed, tidy and respectful, so I’m looking for someone similar who’s clean, considerate and easy to live with.

The location is very convenient. The flat is around a 5-minute drive to the city centre, and the train takes about 4 minutes to Queen Street Station. The station is only around a 3–5 minute walk from the flat.

There are plenty of shops nearby, including a large Tesco, Costco, and a shopping centre right next to the flat with shops such as B&M.
