Shared flat in Springburn

Hello!

My flatmate will be moving out at the end of September and I am looking for someone to share the rent and bills with. Start date would be 01/10/2026.

Location:
3rd floor flat is situated in Springburn, North Glasgow.
It is incredibly convenient for going into City centre - there are 2 train stations just a 5 min walk from the flat, and a bus stop right outside of the building ( bus service 57 and 8)
There is a Costco, Tesco Extra and HomeBargains 10 min away as well as a newly opened NRG gym.

About the room:
My flatmate bought her own furniture and will be taking them with her - so the room will be UNFURNISHED.
There is built in wardrobe but apart from that, you will need to find your own furniture.
You will have your own bathroom with a bathtub.
The lounge and kitchen are shared (white goods provided).

Rent and bills:
Rent for the property is currently £950.0 per month - so £475.00 each.
Gas and WiFi come to roughly £70.0 per month.
Council tax will need to be recalculated with my flatmate moving out - however, the flat is in Band C.

About me:
I am a 29 year old female who is currently working full time - a mix of WFH and office days.
I am a quiet individual, not a party person and ideally I want someone of similar character.
However, I’d be happy to share a meal or a movie night or some other crafty activities at home or out in town - I can also keep to myself as I’m fairly independent.
Preferably I would like another female to join.
