The property is a 2-bedroom end-of-terrace house with a private garden. You'll have full access to your room, bathroom, kitchen, living room, and both front and back gardens. On-street parking is available. The house is in a quiet and friendly court with mostly homeowner neighbors. Good transport links provide a 20-minute bus ride to the city center. I occupy the second bedroom and study/work part-time (my desk is located in my room.)

About me: a friendly, easy-going person who enjoys socializing but respects your need for privacy. I like a balanced lifestyle that includes both fun and chilling. I'd like someone who is also easy-going and open to occasionally having my friends and partner over. I'm fine with you having friends over or accommodating overnight guests; there's a sofa bed in the living room for that purpose :)

Pets welcome! Enjoy the smart TV and outdoor BBQ in the garden. I prefer someone who allocates reasonable time to help keep the place clean, with a flexible weekly cleaning schedule. The only important rule is being a dedicated recycler and environmentally conscious, including being mindful of bills and conserving energy (e. g., turning off lights). All bills, including council tax, are included.
