Flatmate Wanted

My current flatmate is moving out so I am looking for someone to rent his room. I've lived in this flat for 6 years now with various different flatmates so I am really used to communal living!

I am starting an Undergraduate in Accounting and Finance at University of Stirling while working full time so would ideally like to live with another student for council tax purposes!

I am really sociable and love a night out/in but I will have busy periods due to Studying and Working full time where I won't be in the flat much! The living room is fully kitted out with PS5, Xbox One and Switch 2 (with a decent TV) which you are more than welcome to use so you won't need to bring much in terms of Entertainment! I also play guitar and trying to teach myself piano so there is an electric piano in the living room!

The flat has 2 bedrooms, hallway, shared bathroom, a living room (with biiig windows) and a kitchen. The flat is also situated in a great location with easy access to Kelvinbridge Subway Station, a Co-op, pubs and bus links! We also have private parking so ideal to avoid the traffic wardens!

I like the place to be tidy but things can often get unorganised if I have a busy week but I do my best to keep it reasonably clean. (It’s never gonna be a showhome lol)
