Looking for a flatmate to share a top floor tenement 2 bedroom flat, 10 minutes walk up the river from the Botanics, Byres Road, West End.

I am 33, I work full-time in a cafe. I spend the rest of my time bouldering, singing, hiking, reading and watching films. I love plants and pasta and visits from friends.

The living room is the star attraction of the flat, it is large and airy and in a turret, perfect for people visiting and staying over and for hanging out.
The Kelvin walkway is 1 minute walk away, which meanders up to the canal or down past the Botanics to Kelvingrove Park.

Two minutes walk from the big Maryhill Tesco, and all the buses along Maryhill Road, 15 minutes from Hillhead Subway. 45 mins walk into city centre.

It is £495 rent per month, plus bills. Bills per person are currently roughly £70 Energy (subject to change), £25 Sky Broadband, £100 Council Tax (Band D). So rent+bills total per month is £690 at the moment.

I am looking for a flatmate who understands how to share a flat, does their share of general cleaning and always cleans up after themselves, is happy having friends and family coming to stay and is a friendly and reasonable person.
