Hi:) I’m 24 and currently work as a supply teacher. I’m friendly and easy-going but I also have quite a busy lifestyle. Outside of work I’m usually doing sport or catching up with friends.
I’m looking for a female professional (non-smoker) who will keep the flat clean and be easy to live with but who also appreciates having our own space and independent lives. I have loved living in this flat so far and it’d be great to find someone who enjoys that too.

Move in date: from 7th September but can be flexible on either side

First-floor tenement flat with a shared outdoor garden. The bedroom is unfurnished, so you’ll need to provide your own bed.
I’ve included photos of the room before I moved in, as well as how it currently looks with the existing tenant still living there, so you can get a realistic idea of the space. The room will include a cupboard, cupboard/drawer unit and an additional drawer unit. There is also a large desk which has been removed due to the size of the room but can be brought back down if needed.
