Furnished Double Room in a Modern 3-bed Flat

Hello there,
My name is Demetrius and I'm a 2nd year business student studying Strathclyde University. Living in the flat will be myself, my friend who is currently studying at Glasgow University and yourself.
This newly refurbished flat is located at the top floor of the building with a balcony overlooking the west end, there is a large garden area and 2 level parking lot shared with all other residents of the complex. Shared areas within the flat include: main hall\porch, 2 vestibules, living room, balcony, bathroom and kitchen.
I'm looking for someone who is clean, values their studies/reading, likes their sports activities, enjoys good food and a night out. The more interests the better!
Flat viewings will be on Sat 18th Sept (between 3-6pm) and Sun 19th Sept (between 10am - 6pm).
The location is very close to a lot of different shops and bars/cafes too, for e. g 10-15 mins from Glasgow Uni, 10mins from Aldi and Tesco. There is also a Sainsburys at the end of the street.
