The room is tastefully furnished & redecorated to an excellent standard. It is spacious, light & airy with new carpets, blinds and fully furnished to a high standard.

Within the rest of our property you will find a fitted kitchen with all mod cons including a large Range cooker and hob, washing machine, dryer, large Fridge Freezer, kettle, Toaster and all cutlery, cups, plates, pans and tea towels.

This leads to a large relaxing lounge area featuring 2 relaxing sofas and a wall mounted TV to relax in front of.

Your whole property is heated by gas central heating which is serviced and maintained.

THE AREA

As you venture out, you are only minutes from Accrington Town Centre and you have a Tesco, Morrisons and Aldi plus all town centre shops all located within a convenient few minutes walk.

The main bus route into Blackburn, Oswaldtwistle, Clayton-le-moors and Rishton has busses running every 15 minutes.
