This is a spacious double en-suite room, with private sitting room, available to rent in our family farmhouse in Rivington, set down a private road and surrounded by countryside.

The house is a Grade II listed farmhouse dating back to 1722, full of character and history, and set in a really peaceful location. It’s a lovely place for someone who enjoys country living, a bit of space, and being away from the noise of busier areas.

The bedroom has plenty of storage space and there is a private ensuite. There is also a private sitting room with 2 leather couches, a TV and a coffee table.

All bills included (gas, electric, water, council tax and Wi-Fi) plus free parking.

You would be sharing with the homeowners who are friendly, tidy and respectful. The house is relaxed and quiet, so it would suit someone who is clean, considerate and working full-time.

There is already 1 male who occupies one of my rooms. He is working full time and we hardly ever see him!

We’re surrounded by farmland used for cattle grazing, and we often get deer and pheasants around the property, which adds to the setting.

The house is in the middle of the beautiful Lancashire countryside, but is only a short drive to the nearest shops.

The house is in a great spot for anyone who enjoys the outdoors, close to:

This is for the room only. No pets allowed.

Cost quoted is for 1 person only, although working couples can be considered. The price will be increased for a couple.
