Good sized double room. Has fitted wardrobe and shelves, gets loads of light in afternoon and facing onto the back alley, it is quiet. There is a bedside shelf, bookshelf, table, chair and a chest of drawers too. Needs redecorating and new carpet eventually.
The kitchen is an extension, good size, lots of storage space and your own fridge. Theres a dryer and washing machine. Living room is good sized, bathroom is also big. Boiler is in bedroom, I may need access to it now and then.
All bills and internet included.
My two kids are around often and stay over every week or so, so its a family environment
