Barrowford apartment/flat

I am posting an add for my father who is wanting to let a room in his apartment. My dad is 69 years of age and retired. I have to disclose that I have to be very particular on who I want to have in the apartment. My dad is getting old and enjoys peace and quiet. He had a lady last year rent the room for 6 months and it went absolutely fine and she was a perfect match so thats the kind of person we would like again. Preferably over the age of 50. I can go into more detail if someone enquires but generally I would prefer a quiet lady. He isn't in the flat much during the day. At night he watches tv and relaxes then goes to bed. Its as simple as that. You will have your own room and free run of the apartment. Its furnished. It has two large bedrooms both with wardrobes. Double beds in and hes open to which bedroom can be let out. Its a lovely apartment. Large walk in shower and fitted kitchen. Spacious living room. The key thing for me is having someone who needs a place for the right money and will be no hassle. As I say. Hes 69 so I have to be particular.
