Attic Room For Rent In Fun & Friendly Household

My attic room is has recently been made available following my last lodger moving out after 4 years. The room is out the way on the top floor giving you privacy and quiet.
Myself and the missis are the only other people that live here are a work hard play hard household so we like to have a good time at weekends
There is a husky that lives in the house too which is very friendly.
The bathroom is shared with all of us but times don’t usually clash too much due to different working times.
The house is very well equipped with appliances including dryer, washer, ninja cooking facilities, 2 freezers and a lovely bathroom. Fastest internet available etc. All bills included + council tax.
