The separate kitchen is nice and bright with a large window. It's tiled with fitted units, a gas hob and fridge and is plumbed for a washing machine.

Economical to heat, with gas central heating throughout. There's laminate oak flooring in the lounge and bedroom. The kitchen and bathroom have tiled floors.
