Note: The living conditions are very basic. The property is very clean, but is in need of much updating and renovation. Electric wall heaters are very expensive, especially during the colder/winter season. Additional costs for electricity will likely be incurred where extra usage costs are built up.

Overall, the space is very clean and peaceful, and is located 2 minutes from the town centre and college/uni. Lots of shops surrounding (Homebargain, 24hr Shell garage, Aldi, and many other shops).
