The house is fully furnished its recently been fully refurbished a few months ago. It is ready to move from 29/11/25. Possibly sooner if current Tenant leaves sooner.
Bills which are included in the rent are Council & broadband are included.
Electricity and gas are not. I receive minute by minute updates from the gas and electric company on my app of the usage via smart meters. Every month these charges will be divided by the number of tenants. (Average is approx £50 - 60 permonth per tenant).
