We are looking for a clean, respectful Female Professional to join our home. As we are a family with two young children, we maintain a very safe and quiet environment.

The Details
Rent: £550 per month (All bills included: Water, Gas, Elec, Council Tax, Wi-Fi).

Deposit: £250.
Availability: Ready for move-in from 18th April 2026.

Contract: 1-month rolling with a 2-month notice period for your peace of mind.

No Smoking/Vaping: This is a strictly smoke-free home, including gardens and entrances.

No Pets: This specific room is strictly pet-free.

No Drugs: We have a zero-tolerance policy for any illegal substances.

No Male Visitors: Strictly no male visitors are permitted within the property at any time.

Female Visitors: Female guests may visit briefly with prior notice and explicit consent from the landlord.

Quiet Hours: 9:00 PM – 7:00 AM to respect the children’s sleep schedule.
