About the house - Refurbished kitchen with conservatory/dining/lounge area. Everything is provided for you including washing machine, heated clothes dryer, iron etc. Bills are included in your rent so it is literally - show up with your own things, pay your rent and worry about nothing.

About your room - Double bed and Mattress, chest of drawers, bedside drawers, wardrobe & chair. Rooms have their own TV aerial point so you can bring your own TV along.

New carpets curtains and decor throughout. The bedrooms have fire doors and locks, as well as interlinked smoke detection.

About the Area - Situated on the edge of Layton, the house has great amenities close by. There's a supermarket two minutes away, Kingscote Park is right behind the house and you can walk through there to get to the hospital. The Greek Restaurant down the Road is reported to be amazing,
It's on a handy bus route too.

We're flexible on how long you stay so if you're an agency worker or locum, or someone just here for a short time, this could be ideal for you, or you can stay forever if you like! We're easy as long as you are!
