I am looking for Professional Working Housemates preferably, who will enjoy the property and want privacy and a peaceful place after a busy days work and to enjoy on the weekends.

The house is a large 4 bedroom Semi Detached house located on Reads Avenue. There is ample parking including off street parking. The house is a 10min walk to Blackpool town centre and yet still far enough away from all the hustle and bustle Short stays available for those taking PLAB Exams. Victoria Hospital is located a 15 min walk (3 min drive away) making this ideal for a medical professional.

Double rooms come with a Double bed. with mattress protector. Wardrobes, Two bedside cabinets and remote control bed side lamps. Each room has a TV with Netflix and a Ethernet port There is also a communal lounge available. There are two single rooms one has a 4ftsmall double bed the other is a single they both have Wardrobes TV with Netflix and Ethernet ports .

The house is extensive with all the mod cons needed, yet keeping its original features. The kitchen has everything you need including dishwasher double oven freezer and 2 washers and 2 dryers.
The bathroom has a shower / bath. There is a south facing garden at the rear for all day sunshine. Fibre broadband is also included in your monthly rent.

The house is close to an array of entertainment, restaurants and bars, yet far enough away form the noise and hustle and bustle that blackpool can offer.

All bills are included, Gas, electric, water rates, council tax, internet and a cleaner visits the house twice a week to clean kitchen, Lounge, Bathrooms and Hall stairs and Landing
