Large double room , brand new double bed replaced old one after last ppl in the room destroyed it no carpet down currently as had to pull tbat up also but I will get it refitted asap there is only myself and my son who lives here its well lived in hut clean and quite includes all bills and wifi full use of kitchen and bathroom witch has a bath and shower one month's rent payable on day you move in
