We are looking for Professional Working Housemates Only, who will enjoy the property and want privacy and seeking peaceful, realxing place after a busy days work and to enjoy on the weekends.

The house is situated close to Whitegate Drive (4min walk) close to local shops, Tesco and Sainsburys are also a stone-throw away and all local bus routes are within reach within a minutes walk. 15min walk to Blackpool town centre, 10min walk to the local and nation wide branded Restaurants and Gym, 15-20min walk to Stanley park certified (Britons Best UK Park) and Famous Art Deco Cafe and a further 5min walk to Blackpool Zoo or De Vere Village Gym and Spa or the Victoria hospital

The house is excessive with all its original features yet mordern with all the mod cons smart TVs, and the best wifi and broadband that can be currently offered (virgin media 1MEG), Netflix is also included in your monthly rent.

The house has been newly decorated throughout my home and to a high spec.. love has gone into this home.
