Room to rent in Buckshaw Village

Double room in 3 bed detached house in Buckshaw Village. Room is furnished, with double bed, drawers, bedside units, TV, also shared use of 3rd bedroom which was my office when I worked from home and has desk, office chair, colour laser printer, wardrobe etc. Bathroom is straight outside bedroom door and is not shared, I don't use it so it would be all yours.

House is a 3 bed detached on a quiet street with houses only on one side of the street, has garage, driveway, 900mbps fibre broadband, washer, drier, dishwasher etc. About a mile to the M6 J28 and only 5 mins from the M61 J8 so it’s in a really good location for commuting.

I can be away quite a bit with work or at my caravan so you would have the house to yourself quite frequently each month. I'm quite a chilled out guy, like a good laugh so someone with a sense of humour and on the same wavelength would be great
