About me:
Hi, I'm Rachel ☺️. I would be your live in landlady. I'm searching for another lodger to share my beautiful three-storey home with myself (26) and my other current lodger (31), on a separate floor to myself. I was only able to buy my home at a young age thanks to inheritance from my late father.
I'm friendly, very tidy, mature but also love to have fun.

Looking for:
Someone clean, tidy, respectful and friendly. It would be ideal if we could socialise together from time to time, but I appreciate you will want your own space too.
It would be ideal for a recent graduate or anyone looking to move away from home, with no obligations to stay long term or be involved in a tenancy contract, since you'd be a lodger.

Rooms:
The last room available has a double bed with a very comfortable mattress, a built in wardrobe and dressing table. The bed has a TV inside it. It is Bedroom 4 on the pictured floor plan. The three-storey aspect of the house makes the rooms feel more private than in an average 4 bedroom house.

The house:
This property is newly built with a south-facing garden, large living room and kitchen, with amenities such as a dishwasher and washing machine. There is a large bathroom on the first floor, whereby only yourself and my other lodger would share the bathroom. There is also a downstairs toilet.
There are two reserved parking spaces around the back of the house along with plenty of unmarked spaces and space at the front sometimes too.
All bills are included!

The transport links are ideal for direct travel to Manchester, Chorley, Leyland, Bolton, Preston etc - Anywhere on the Blackpool North to Manchester Airport line. The house is only a 5 minute walk from the train station!

Buckshaw Village is a fairly new modern village with everything you'd need on your doorstep, including restaurants, pubs, supermarkets, fast food etc.
