About me:
Hi, I'm Rachel. I will be your live in landlady, sharing the responsibility with my mother who will not occupy the house. I'm searching for another lodger to share this beautiful three-storey with me.
I'm friendly, very tidy, mature but also love to have lots of fun.

Looking for:
Someone sociable, clean, tidy and friendly. It would be ideal if we could all go out and socialise together from time to time, but I appreciate you may want your own space too.


Rooms:
The last room available has a double bed with a new mattress/furniture. It is very spacious. The three-storey aspect of the house makes the rooms feel more private than in an average 4 bedroom house.

The house:
This property is newly built with a south-facing garden, large living room and kitchen, with amenities such as a dishwasher and washing machine. It has two large bathrooms on the first and second floor, whereby only two people would need to share each bathroom. There is also a downstairs toilet.

The transport links are ideal for direct travel to Manchester, Chorley, Leyland, Bolton and Preston. The house is only a 5 minute walk from the train station!

About Buckshaw Village:
Buckshaw Village is a fairly new modern village with everything you'd need on your doorstep, including restaurants, pubs, supermarkets, fast food etc.
