Rooms to Let in Burnley

Hello Thankyou for considering property. I live in the property and I have one single room available to rent out. The room is furnished to a good standard. There is a shared living room for the tenants with a functioning kitchen and washing machine. The bathroom is shared between tenants and owner.

Unfortunately I will only accept people that in full time employment.
Unfortunately pets not allowed. There is street parking outside . The town centre is less than a mile away. There bus routes near by and a train station is less than a mile away. There are local shops in the area.
