Single bed wardrobe and tv unit all the basics. Room is big enough to fit a desk in if needed it’s not a complete box. The house its self is really quiet. Fairly dated kitchen that I am in the process of renovating but got all the amenities you could need. Big garden at the back (I am sick at bbqs) .
