This house is set in a nice friendly area, Ightenhill Burnley near Gannow Top.

Furnished single room for one person only (no couples).
Always new bedding.

A guest is given their own storage cupboards.

This is a let for one person only. If you want to have your partner stay one night a MONTH that is fine.

Surrounding area..
The area is very respectable and not a place to have wild parties, as the other owners are mature people.

2 weeks notice when leaving. This is in keeping with 2 weeks deposit and rent paid on a 2 weeks cycle.
