Small double bedroom for a female lodger preferred in a lovely 3 bedroom victorian terrace house with live-in landlady, 36 yrs old, and one other female lodger, 24 (phd student).

The House: The house has a large, brand new furnished kitchen with all cooking amenities, and a new washing machine. In the main house the lodger is welcome to use the dining area and share the sitting room. The upstairs bathroom is shared and includes a shower, sink and loo. We've just had a new boiler fitted too!

Outside, there is a small front garden and a back yard space. On pavement, free parking is found on the adjoining streets.

The room is available to view by arrangment, and is available to rent from mid-July 2025. Wifi is included.
Rent is £400 per calender month, inc bills and the Deposit is £400.
