Good-sized double bedroom for a female lodger in a lovely 3 bedroom victorian terrace house with live-in landlady, 36 yrs old, and one other female lodger, also 36 and 2 friendly housecats.

The House: The house has a large, brand new furnished kitchen with all cooking amenities, and a new washing machine. In the main house the lodger is welcome to use the dining area and share the sitting room. The upstairs bathroom is shared and includes a shower, sink and loo. We've just had a new boiler fitted too!

Outside, there is a small front garden and a back yard space. On pavement, free parking is found on the adjoining streets.

The Room: Please check out my uploaded photos. This is the Master bedroom, a generous size and is furnished with a bed, chest of drawers, curtains, pine wardrobe (not pictured here) and desk. It has space to accomodate a comfy armchair and tv unit so could potentially serve as your own private living room/studio bedroom if so desired.

Professionals and PHD students preferred please. Female lodgers preferred please. No smokers.

The room is available to view by arrangment, and is available to rent from 1st May 2025. Wifi is included.
Rent is £600 per calender month, inc bills. The council tax band is B. Deposit is £600.
