• Dishwasher, washing machine & dryer

• WiFi & all bills included
• Quiet after 10pm
• Private patio and garden area
• Smokers welcome, but not indoors
• Two friendly dogs and elderly cat downstairs (no other animals allowed)

• 20 mins to Lancaster, Kendal, Heysham
• 15 mins walk to Carnforth Station
• 5 mins to bus routes
• Fast access to M6

Terms
• Occasional weekends by arrangement
• £120 per week
• £240 deposit + 2 weeks in advance
• Must provide employer details, home address & emergency contact
• Cannot accept anyone with a criminal record (due to my job)
