If it’s still on here it’s still available!

Please don’t send one-word messages like ‘interested’ or ‘available?’—we’ve had a lot of responses, and we’re looking for someone who fits the vibe, not just fills a space. Tell us a bit about yourself and how you’d fit in the home. Thanks

A room has become available in our beautiful, spacious home and we'd like to welcome someone who matches our vibes and values.

The room is on the top floor, very cosy and quiet, with a large window that overlooks the gorgeous hills. It comes with a double bed and mattress if needed, and has a built-in wardrobe and a chest of drawers. The room is painted forest green and light brown - picture to be uploaded

Also on the top floor are two other rooms—Autumn’s bedroom, and a spare room we use as a chill-out space and storage area. You’re welcome to use it for luggage, camping gear, or even guests.

Downstairs on the first floor is Kelsey's bedroom and studio room (she pays more rent for this) there is a bathroom with shower over the bath, storage and a loo, there's also a separate pink toilet room, which is handy for those that love an undisturbed bath.

The ground floor has a gorgeous big lounge with a comfy corner sofa and faux fire, which leads into the equally inviting dining room. There’s a full dining table, a Chesterfield chair, and a carved wooden sofa.

Under the stairs is a utility nook with a dryer, plus recycling space. The kitchen has a double-doored fridge freezer, a gas cooker, a washing machine, and a beautiful Welsh dresser with loads of space for your stuff.

We have a resident miniature black panther in the home who likes to cuddle your face, I'm sorry but this is non-negotiable. Trust me, I've tried to talk him out of it, his name is Milo, he's incredibly friendly so cat lovers are an absolute must. There is also Ember, who is more of a Tasmanian devil than a kitten, but more in energy than messiness. They’re both very clean and friendly.

The kind of housemate we are looking for is someone who is Queer friendly, preferably queer themselves, neurodiverse friendly, and someone who loves the home they share with others.
We’d like to welcome someone we can get along with, socialise with, share dinners together and local pub trips, walks, and go on charity shop runs with, ideally.

Cleanliness and a fair share of the house responsibilities is really important to us to keep up with the standard we currently have here. We would really like to welcome another person who shares similar views and values open and direct communication and mutual respect of boundaries in a shared space.

We LOVE creatives, musicians and generally quirky folk!

The house is technically rented unfurnished, but we’ve poured a lot of time and care into making it feel like ours. We enjoy decorating together, making mood boards, painting bits, and adding touches that make it special. It’s a collaborative space and we’d love to welcome someone into that too! 🙌

It’s generally a peaceful home. We all play music and hang out, but we like to keep things more relaxed than heavy bass. If you’re after somewhere calm, creative and cosy, you’ll probably feel right at home, and you can often hear the birds and occasionally spot deer from the house.

About us:

Kelsey is a whirlwind of silliness and creativity, she works in the creative industry, and is the most familiar with the house, being here the longest.
Autumn is earthy by name, earthy by nature! She loves plants, making things and works in the charity sector.

Outside there is a little patio area where we sometimes have people over for bbqs and you can smoke outside if needed - we would love to do the patio up at some point so people into this are a plus!

There is a local convenience store a 5 minute walk away, the bus stop is at the end of the road and takes you to Todmorden, Burnley, Hebden Bridge etc. The train station and Todmorden are 2 miles from the house.

Behind the house are beautiful rolling hills, woodland walks and even a waterfall, perfect for those who are more nature inclined and tend to prefer the countryside over the convenience of supermarkets within walking distance.

The move in date is somewhat flexible but the earliest date would be the 8th of May. If you would like to send us a message, please include what you are like to live with, your general schedule, and how you’d like to use the house.

It’s also worth mentioning that if you’re a minimalist, you may not enjoy the maximalist vibe of our decor. There’s quite the range of ethically sourced skulls, skins and specimens so if this is too spooky for you, we get it boo it’s, not for you 🖤

We look forward to hearing from you 🙌 🖤🍂🌿

Unfortunately we’re not accepting couples or children - but we hope you find your perfect place! 🙌

We’re trans inclusive, intersectional feminists and intolerant of bigotry bitchezzzz

Thank you for reading this absolute mouthful 🌿
