We are delighted to offer low cost unfurnished double rooms.

There is easy access to local amenities and it is on a frequent bus route to the centre.

The property provides a large lounge area, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom facilities. The garden is spacious and secure offering privacy and security.

Monthly fee includes: Council, utilities & water.

We are a property guardian company, so you will be living in the property under a licence agreement. This means that your notice period is a minimum 28 days.

We can only offer accommodation to employed individuals aged 21 or over to secure our properties — no children or pets are allowed in the building.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept applicants who are currently on benefits.

We require documentation from you to apply to become a guardian. These include:

- 3 months bank statement
- 3 months pay slips/ proof of employment
- photo ID
- A Landlord reference (phone, email or letter)

We require the following payments from you to secure a room:

£350 deposit

Monthly fee is payable in advance by the day before you move in.

We are UNABLE to accept the following:
- Children
- Pets
