Renting is as a house, from September 2027, and not by the room. Average is £85 per week for 3, and pay for gas and electricity as used -

Nautical College cadets only, with Phase 3 Deck and ETO cadets preferred for the full college year. We ask for one week's rent in advance [or part of one week's rent] when booking. We do not ask for a deposit as well if you are Deck or ETO.

BT 100/150 speed broadband. 2 bathrooms, 3 toilets [one each],
Private driveway parking for 2 cars.

College approved.

LOCATION
By the side of Fleetwood Marina and overlooking the Marina water. No public road at the property front.
A short walk across the swingbridge to McDonalds on the Freeport, Home Bargains and a bit further to Asda.
About a mile and a half from College.

all the usual kitchen stuff - electricals, crockery, cutlery etc. provided.

Each room is very different - so you may decide between you to have different rent amounts for each room. [the average for 3 cadets is £85 per week each].

All bedding and duvets included for all bedrooms. 3 towels inc for each person.

Master bedroom with good sized en-suite. 4ft 6 ins bed.
BEDROOM 2
A double room with fab view of the Marina from your work-desk.
4ft double bed.

BEDROOM 3
A really nice single with Marina view from your work-desk and your own bedroom wall-mounted Smart TV - Single mirrored robe,
Under-bed and top-box storage space. Single bed

BATHROOMS
One normal family bathroom; plus there is an en-suite bathroom in the master bedroom [bedroom number 1] plus there is a downstairs cloaks/wc i. e. 3 toilets for 3 cadets.

OUTDOORS
2 private parking spaces at the side of the block.
Small gardens front and rear. We mow the lawns.
Bike/potting shed.

On your first arrival day we can pick you up at the railway station at Poulton or Blackpool.
