When booking we ask for 2 weeks rent in advance. One of these is held by us until a final inspection at the end of the course.

All bedrooms are carpeted doubles with double beds. We provide all bedding inc duvets, pillows and 3 towels per person.

Downstairs, at the front of the house. 2 door wardrobe. Top box and underbed storage space. 4 ft double bed.

GARDEN AREAS
New [2022] wooden Garden Room.

We are looking for 4 responsible cadets who will show respect for the property.
We shall inspect the communal areas regularly for cleanliness. Sandra will also give notice for inspection of the bedrooms for cleanliness and condition.

The kitchen has had enough electricals and equipment to satisfy all comers for the last 9 years.

You will not find a more spacious or better house than this.
