am a "live out landlord", and I am offering a large double room in an excellent professional shared house on Brackenbury Road in Fulwood, close to the town center and not far from the train staion, bills included.
I charge a deposit of £200 then the first month in advance on move in.
There is free a weekly cleaning service provided and I also provide a dedicated maintenance manager to contact at all times.
Single occupancy only. One person per room.
There are no additional sign on charges whatsoever.
