ROOM IS FOR ONE FULL TIME WORKING PERSON/PROFESSIONAL ONLY.
ALL HOUSEHOLD BILLS AND INTERNET ARE INCLUDED, EXCEPT PHONE. Large double Fully furnished room with tv and all bedding supplied. large wardrobe, drawer suite and side lockers and a wall storage cupboard. There is a communal lounge and a bathroom with shower and Kitchen with all cooking utensils etc for your use. Fridge, freezer is available and a cupboard in the kitchen for dry food items.
Parking is available on the roadside and this is a very quiet road. The property is only a few minutes from Royal Preston Hospital and a couple of minutes to bus routes into the city centre.
You will have your own key for your room and can lock it when out and also when you are in.
Candles or burning of any substances are not allowed. Other Electrical items MUST NOT BE USED without permission from the landlady, this is for the safety of all in the house. This is a STRICTLY no smoking household.
The room is STRICTLY for one person only, others are not permitted to stay.
This is a quiet, pleasant and friendly household and not suitable for anyone that wants to party, take drugs or drink excessive alcohol.
This is a very pleasant, friendly, quiet respectable house. and noise must be kept low after 10pm. It is important that everyone abides by the house rules and respects the privacy of others.
There are small dogs, but they have their own secure rooms and do not roam the house. They are very friendly, well trained and are quiet at night.
