Mature Postgrad, PhD, Postdoc Room to let

Double room in a nice bungalow in Galgate, overlooking fields. The house is a 30 minute walk or 15 minute ride from the centre of Lancaster University campus. It's a 5 minute walk to the main road with buses going to the university, hospital, and town centre, and a 5 minute drive to junction 33 of the M6. Comfortable room ideal for a postgrad, postdoctoral researcher or medics, other professionals also considered. There's a lovely south facing back garden, and a garage if you have a bike to keep safe and dry. I'm a live-in landlord who's finishing up a PhD and have let the room to post-docs, PhD students and NHS staff for most of the past 4 years. I've travelled and worked oveseas quite a lot, but now am generally pretty quiet and keep to myself, although I am happy to have a chat & can generally hold a half decent conversation. I'm looking for an easy going person, with similar outlooks and interests to let my spare room to.
I am pretty middle of the road with everything. I am clean and tidy but not obsessive, I appreciate a laugh and company as much as a bit of quiet. I'm also young for my age, so don't let that put you off :-)
