* Prefer someone with a clear work time table outside the home rather than ad-hoc and working from home.
*References will be sought as well as proof of income.
*Lodger needs to be comfortable with a frequent travelling landlady who rises early for the gym! The bonus is, you'll have the place to yourself at least 1-2 weeks per month!

In the bedroom there will be storage of an inbuilt cupboard, free standing wardrobe, dressing table with mirror and side cabinet. You will need to provide your own bed.

I work away a lot so am looking for a reliable, trustworthy, clean and respectful housemate- someone who communicates well.
I have many plants both indoors and outside, so a bonus if you're green fingered!

The area is great and my neighbours are delightful; it's a friendly community with helpful people. A regular bus stop is less than 1 minute away as well as the high street being a short walk away. Parks are a plenty as well as cafés and pubs.

Rent will include bills and if any costs need revising, I'll share notice.
