Unfurnished Double Room with Optional Private Loft

The room is a small double at the back of the house in a quiet street and of terrace house. The room is unfurnished. There is an option to rent the attic studio as well as a private living room space at an extra cost. I have added pictures but they are from the renovation previously done as my current housemate is in the rooms at the moment. Ideally looking for a working professional.

The rent includes all bills (electricity/ gas, water, Wifi, council tax, Sky, Netflix, TV licence) For the double room rent is £550 and £650 for the room and loft area. The wifi is a 1 GB FTTP line so speeds are decent and there is a booster so you can get decent speeds across the house.

There is parking on road for one car, it is a quiet end of the street. The house itself is not really overlooked and has a small back and front yard. There is a shared kitchen with an electric oven and gas hob, fridge/ freezer, microwave, air fryer and washing machine which you will have full access to. The shared bathroom has a bath and shower with both a handheld and waterfall head. The house is a 5 min walk from Haslingden town centre, 5 mins from the bus stop which is on the route for the x 41 to Accrington/Manchester and 464 to Accrington/ Rochdale. The house is also on the Accrington/ Stubbins cycleway.

I live in the house with my two friendly cats, Solid Snake and Kimi Raikkonen (I did not name them). I work 9-5 5 days a week, I am a homebody but travel a fair amount to see friends around the country. There is no smoking in the house, but you're welcome to smoke in the garden. I am happy to leave you alone but always about to chat.
