Double Attic Bedroom PLUS private sitting room

A double attic bedroom and sitting room attached to a large family home.
You will have shared access to hall, kitchen diner, living room, utility room. But then up a private stairwell will be your private pad! This includes a stair space currently used as a dressing room but could make a nice office looking out over the hills. There is a small room, currently used as a tv room but could be a single bedroom. Then up a second staircase is the double attic bedroom. This has a modern finish and is fully insulated.
You will have priority access to a wetroom shower and wc as the family mainly use another bathroom.
There is some existing furniture but you could bring your own if you wish to stay long term and prefer something different.

There are no pets currently but we don't mind child friendly pets with tidy owners.

The price is based on a single occupant. Couples and small families are welcome to apply, but the rent may have to be more due to the cost of bills.
