Single bed, sofa, table, built in cupboards.
Own central heating control.
Space to store a bike.

On Lancaster - Leeds railway line, 15 miles east of Lancaster. Access to Yorkshire Dales and Forest of Bowland.
Access to garden - and any help welcome possibly in exchange for reduced rent.
Your flat is part of a bungalow, council tax band E.

I'm retired but active, out and about quite a lot.
I have a shy cat but he doesn't normally have access to your flat.
