There is a shared lounge adjoining the newly fitted kitchen and separate larder and laundry area with washer and dryer. We provide everything you need (more or less) in the kitchen. Two fridges and two freezers are shared between four.

The four rooms share the brand new three piece shower room, and theres an extra toilet downstairs.

The lounge has sofa, TV and Netflix. WIFI is included and all bills, including Council Tax.
