The rooms are fully furnished including a bed, desk, wardrobe and small cabinet. We are open to letting the double rooms to couples, with rent being £10-20 per week extra on top of the £95-105 per week.

The comfortable shared facilities include a living/dining room with a fully fitted kitchen. The kitchen has plenty of storage space and ample cooking facilities. There is a washing machine and dryer provided.

There is gas central heating throughout the accommodation and wireless broadband and water is included in the rent.

This period townhouse has an attractive garden at the rear and on street parking.
