2 minute walk to Lancaster train station, 5 mins to city centre shops at the top of town.

Large fully equipped kitchen/diner with dishwashers and large American style refrigerator and separate social TV room with 50” TV. Super fast broadband/Wi-Fi in house.

Separate WC and shower rooms on each floor (max shared between 3) and bath/shower on 1st floor.

All bills included for students, council tax not included for professionals as you are not exempt. The current cost is £134 per month split between however many professionals are in the house.
