The four-bedroom house features a shared living room, kitchen, large bathroom, conservatory, and backyard. It comes fully equipped with a large digital TV, gas central heating, a washer/dryer, large fridge/freezer, and microwave. Each room has a double bed, an individual lock, and network and TV aerial sockets.

Percy Road sits just off the Pointer Roundabout, a short walk from Lancaster town centre. Regular bus services run nearby directly between the town centre and Lancaster University campus, with a wide variety of shops and takeaways close at hand.

Rent: £130 per week until July 2027, with no deposit required.

All bills included: high-speed fibre broadband, gas, electricity, water, TV licence, and contents insurance. Council Tax band C exempt (full-time students).
